Shipping policy

We want getting your Prime Pelican order to be simple. Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Because many Prime Pelican products are made to order, some items may require additional production time. If a product has a longer processing time, we will note that on the product page.

Delivery

Orders are generally shipped by USPS. Typical delivery is approximately 3–5 business days after shipment, although carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Tracking

Some low-cost items, including certain stickers and magnets, may be shipped without tracking. Products shipped with tracking will include tracking information when available.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
